Matthew “Matt” C. McNamara, CPA, CISA
Managing Partner
Matt McNamara serves as the firm’s Managing Partner. He has over 20 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant, providing audit and advisory services to business owners, executives, and boards of directors.
Before founding Assurance Dimensions in 2008, Matt had an extensive career at two of the world’s leading accounting firms, Arthur Anderson and Grant Thornton.
As a senior manager at Grant Thornton, Matt led both PCAOB, private equity, and venture capital engagements and managed key relationships in its portfolio.
He specializes in SEC, and private company audits in the following industries: technology, manufacturing, retail, construction, nonprofit, and transportation.

Bennie Lewis, CPA
Audit Partner
Bennie Lewis serves as the firm’s President. He specializes in private company audits, PCAOB engagements, and retirement plan audits. He also has experience in internal audits, IPO preparation projects, and SOX engagements.
Bennie is also the firm’s practice leader in nonprofit and single audit services.
Prior to joining Assurance Dimensions in 2009, he worked for one of the world’s largest accounting firms, Grant Thornton, where he worked with audit and consulting teams servicing a wide variety of privately held businesses and nonprofit organizations.
His industry experience includes private equity, technology, manufacturing, service industries, medical, retail, construction, REALTOR associations, and various nonprofit businesses.

Scott Mattson, CPA
Audit Partner
Scott Mattson is an Audit Partner at Assurance Dimensions. He has over 20 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant.
Scott spent over a decade as an assurance principal at The LBA Group, one of the largest firms in Florida. He also served as assurance director at BDO USA LLP, one of the ten largest accounting firms in the world.
Scott specializes in employee benefit plan audits, franchise financial reporting, and assurance work for non-public companies in multiple industries.

Principal
Batul Abdulali is a Principal at Assurance Dimensions. She is responsible for providing audit services to a wide variety of the firm’s public companies and SEC-registered broker-dealers.
Batul has over 13 years of experience providing audit, review, and business advisory services to privately held and publicly traded businesses in various industries, including pharmaceutical, medical equipment, IT, telecommunications, oil and gas, and waste management.
Batul joined Assurance Dimensions in 2017 after an extensive career as a senior audit associate at the Big Four accounting firm KPMG.

Julian Sardinas, CPA, MBA
Partner
Julian Sardinas is a Partner at Assurance Dimensions, where he is responsible for coordinating and supervising audits.
Julian manages and trains staff to deliver the highest professional service level and perform in accordance with the firm’s standards of excellence.
Julian has nearly 16 years of experience providing audit and accounting services to privately held and publicly traded businesses in multiple industries, including technology, financial lending, manufacturing, and professional service firms.
Before joining Assurance Dimensions, Julian served as a manager at Marcum LLP, one of the world’s largest accounting firms.
His expertise includes public and private company audits, broker-dealer audits, surprise examinations, quality of earnings, and employee benefit plan audits.

Maria M. Sanjurjo
Partner
Outsource Dimensions, LLC
In 2023, Maria joined Assurance Dimensions, Inc. and is Co-founder of Outsource Dimensions, LLC.
Maria has 25+years of diverse industry experience. She spent 18 years in a regional public accounting firm providing audit, accounting, tax, and advisory services. The accounting and advisory services include outsource accounting, technical accounting support, evaluating and enhancing the financial reporting processes and controls, as well as ensuring timely reporting.
Her industry expertise encompasses working with Registered Investment Advisors, Funds, Portfolio Companies, Management Companies, General Partner entities, Broker Dealers, Tech (Experienced/Start-Ups), Life Science, Not-For-Profit, Family Office, and Other Operating Companies.
Her operational excellence and strong leadership skills, as well as her ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and clients enhances any team that she is a part of.
Maria graduated from Long Island University/C.W. Post with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Maria holds a license as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York since 2003.

Rachel Webster
Senior Manager
Rachel Webster is a Senior Manager at Assurance Dimensions and specializes in external audits for publicly and privately traded companies, and financial accounting and reporting.
Rachel has over ten years of experience providing audit and accounting services to privately held and publicly traded businesses in multiple industries, including nonprofit, health care and professional services firms.
Prior to joining Assurance Dimensions, Rachel served as a manager at CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA), the 8th largest national firm in the US.

Charlotte Corlett
Senior Manager
Charlotte Corlett is a Senior Manager at Assurance Dimensions and has been a practicing auditor for 14 years.
Across her career, Charlotte has audited various sectors, including private, public, and international companies and groups. Charlotte started her career in the UK working within mid-tier audit firms, making her way up to audit director, before making the move to the USA. She is also qualified as an internal auditor.

Kyle Hunter, CPA
Senior Manager
Kyle Hunter has been practicing as a Certified Public Accountant since 2011. He began his career at Crowe before moving to EY and subsequently leaving EY as a Manager. He then moved to the industry sector as a Director of Internal Audit at Genesys. He then returned to EY as a contractor before joining AD. Kyle has experience auditing both private and public clients in the following industries: commercial, manufacturing, global shared services, real estate, healthcare, biotechnology, oil and gas.
Kyle graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in 2008 with a Bachelors of Science in Business, majoring in Accounting and Finance. He graduated from Vincennes University with an Associate of Science in Business, majoring in Business Administration. He holds a license as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Indiana. Kyle will be transferring his CPA license to Florida in the near future.
Paul Goodyer
Senior Manager
Paul Goodyer is an Senior Manager at Assurance Dimensions and specializes in external audits for publicly and privately traded companies, financial accounting and reporting, and SOX audits.
As a practicing Chartered Accountant for over 10 years, Paul has worked at some of the world’s most prestigious Big Four accounting firms, including Ernst & Young and Deloitte. He also consulted with large corporations acting in Controller, SOX implementation, and management consulting positions.
